There was already all kinds of scrambling last night, as the order hasn't even been drafted, let alone any of the implementing regulations.

Reportedly, the immediate concern was that they will have to exempt temporary visas for agricultural workers lest his beloved "farmers" be left without anyone to pick their crops.
