But I think the plan here was clearly to get soundbites that play well on Fox. The problem is that he did not prepare so instead of coming over all Reagan at Berlin he sounds like a drunk grandad giving a wedding speech, or someone with a brain injury. I'd be very surprised if Fox wanted to play that speech on a loop, unless it's to editorialize about dirty foreigners laughing at our Great Leader.
