With 95% of the votes counted, Lula leads by 1.5 million votes. The remaining 5% boils down to about 5.94 million votes. Those would indeed need to break by an unrealistic percentage for Bolsonaro to swing the elections.

Mathematically, it is done now. With 98.5% of votes counted, Lula leads by 1.88 million votes, and only 1.78 million votes remain. Bolsonaro needs 102.9% of all remaining votes to win.
