I struggle to believe that there are more Brazilian citizens living in the occupied territories than in Israel

Unsurprisingly, Lula won almost three-quarters of the Irish vote, roughly 6,300 to Bolsonaro's 1,100.

possibly... although the number would include those with dual citizenship living in the Occupied Territories (where i wonder would Brazilian Jews living int he Occupied Territories have to vote?)
and Brazilians involved in humanitarian work in Palestine.

          Anyway...

Illegal settlers wouldn't be voting in Ramallah for sure.

Bolsonaro ahead in the official count, but only 0.2% counted so far, so we may be a while ...

FWIW, the Brazilian Foreign Ministry says

The number of Brazilians living in Palestine is estimated at around 4 thousand, the vast majority of whom are dual nationals, with family and commercial ties with Brazil.

They don't report a figure for Israel.

Interesting way to report the results from Berlin

Some odd things happening- but now looks very unlikely that Lula will win on the first round

I went to the site, opted for the English translation version and note that Squid is running a strong second at present.

With half the votes counted, Bolsonaro is ahead.

With 70% of the votes counted, Squid's now in the lead.

It is going to take a.lamdslide in the remaining votes to avoid a run off

Just over 90% of the vote counted and Squid has a 2.5%+ lead over Bolsonaro.

Lula up to 47.34% with 92.17% of districts counted. Bolsonaro down to 44.13%. Way too high, obviously, but he's not overtaking Lula anymore.

If the population in the districts that are still to be counted is proportional to the population in the districts that have already been counted (which is an unlikely assumption, but one has to assume something), Lula would need to gain 81.4% of all remaining votes in order to win in the first round. That seems extremely unlikely.

Tebet (Centre Right) and Gomes (Left/Centre-Left), currently in 3rd and 4th place. I presume that where their votes go will be crucial in the run-off.

Couldn't remember how the first round went 4 years ago. I'm a little more encouraged if this probably goes to a run off.
