Haltemprice and Howden are real places where we got stuck behind a slow-moving bus after leaving the M62. There's also a nearby hamlet called Land of Nod

GP- I excavated the Brasso tin personally. AFAIK the diggers haven't yet confirmed a site for the Roman town between Eboracum and the coast. Pontus Stamfordae, Campus Magnus Driforum etc
