The big problem is that it's on a doctor oetker pizza. A pizza made with all the neapolitan flair that that name can suggest

Who came first Capt'n Birdseye or Iglo?

I always find is weird when companies have different brand names with the same branding. Like wall's or walkers.

Wall's have the exact same product range as HB Ice Cream (Wibbly Wobbly Wonder, Cornetto, etc), though again, not sure if either company invented brands before the other, or if they were rolled out simultaneously.

          They are all Unilever brands.

Isn't HB just Walls ice cream range in Ireland?

No, as Ursus says, both companies are Unilever, but they were founded independently of each other.

That fishfinger pizza must be an (early) April Fool, no? I’d have a slice too, mind.

I'm sure this type of product is very much a consequence of Cannabis's widespread legalisation.

The real WTF here is that Wales Online is not a spoof news organisation.

He has discovered twitter and music since they removed the conditions on his release.

This is an odd comment from a woman of colour, not deserving of its own thread but definitely a WTF:

“Barack Obama chose Black, and he’s biracial … congratulations to the President, that’s his thing. I think that’s fascinating considering his Black dad is nowhere to be found but his white mom and grandma raised him, but OK. You do you. I’m gonna do me. Listen, I’m pretty sure my white mom was there when I was born. And my white family loves me as much as my Black family.”
                                        https://www.theguardian.com/sport/bl...ls-jemele-hill

Since when did identity reduce to the skin colour of the parent who raised you, rather than your lived experience in a society where the power structure and dominant culture assumes you're black? She's defending her right to pick her own category (biracial) by attacking how Obama exercised his equal right.

None of which justifies ESPN disciplining her, I should add. People are allowed to speak bullshit especially on a channel whose speech output is largely bait.

Yeah, I don't see how any biracial person who "looks Black" has any choice about whether or not to feel empathy for the experiences of other Black people.

As others have said, racism has never needed a cogent definition of race or categorization scheme to do its damage.

They offered it to me, but I wasn't really bothered, so I called the police, and they sent a bewildered looking cop around to take it off their hands. They were probably playing Dirty Harry with it for weeks.

I dated a biracial girl in the 1980s who had exactly her attitude.
