Both Indian openers gone in Adelaide, too, against this classy Australian attack. Marcus Harris sounds like the result of some kind of Aussie middleorder batsman name generator, like Jake Ball was for the England Test side

And 143/6 at tea. All very predicable really. The idea that this was going to be an epic series always seemed a bit far fetched. India out of Asia are always rubbish and Australia at home nearly always unbeatable. Even with a mediocre Australia team and a reasonable India team it was never going to be that competitive. Can't see past a whitewash to be honest

Yasir Shah becomes the fastest bowler to 200 test wickets by some distance. 33rd match, 3 faster than Grimmett. As you can see from this table, it's no mean feat at all. http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/con...ds/283534.html
NZ 37/3, still 37 behind

Too early to rule out India, their bowling is better suited to Australia than previously, and this is a much poorer Aussie batting line up than previously. They will need a lot of runs from Kohli, but Pujara scoring a ton is good news for them as when he starts scoring he usually keeps it up.

Over his career, Pujara has been run out 7 times, level with Boycott but a long way behind Ponting:

250-9 by India might not be a bad total given Australia's batting.
It looks like NZ are going to have a 200+ lead but a draw can't be ruled out given the slowness of the scoring in the match.

NZ thrash 81 off 9 overs on the morning and declare, leaving Pakistan to get 280 to win. Should be a fun day.
In Adelaide, India come right back into it, and have Australia 191/7 at stumps. Australia's tail wags a fair bit so I would guess that they'll end up just about level on the first innings. Ashwin has been getting a lot of turn which means that batting 4th will be tricky, but also that Lyon must be fancying his chances when India bat again
