Is it possible to embed videos and links to eg Instagram and tiktok the way we can embed tweets?

Neither (as far as I am aware) allow you to simply copy and paste a URL into an external site and have it display after some tricky Javascript like YouTube and Twitter. Insta does have some way of embedding posts, so I'll see if there is something I can do about that. I've not seen it done elsewhere though.
TikTok I have absolutely no idea. Again, I've not seen it done. -
