I wonder how long this URL will stay up
Reminds me of when Stephen Pollard (who is now the editor of the Jewish Chronicle), on his very last day at work at the Daily Express, was composing his final editorial for the paper and used the first letter of each paragraph to spell out: "Fuck you Desmond".
He was leaving the Express to go to the Times -- who promptly withdrew their job offer when they saw the editorial.

It's (almost certainly) not a pissed off sub. You can mess about with Express and Telegraph URLs to your heart's content. If you click on the story from within the site, you get a perfectly normal URL

The first letter of every paragraph spelled out "J.O.H.N.N.Y.I.S.A.C.U.N.T.", and some of the words were really weird ones to start a sentence with, just to make sure people noticed something fishy was going on.
The guy in question took it well, thought it was funny.
