He was making a comment on the reasoning used to justify the action. I know I'm not a remotely sympathetic reader, and I don't expect anybody to read it through my eyes. But EIM, a reading which limits the comparison to internal mental processes and suggests the implication of anything stronger was merely inadvertent is breathtakingly sympathetic.

Well, TonTon - that may not be pussy, but it's a remarkably mealy-mouthed and hyper-qualified defense for someone who's usually so direct and strident in his views and his expression of them.

I'll ask again, so we can be clear. Do you think the rapist comparison was fair and justified, yes or no? Do you think "the board in general" would be improved by more accusations of that nature, yes or no?
