        Too peppery? Either you've gone wrong, or you've not bought the proper stuff. I highly recommend Peter Gott's sausage (oo-er Mrs, etc.) from the Sillfield Farm stall in Borough Market.

            My defrosting sausages induction went very well, btw. Proper sausage casserole, baguettes and butter to mop up with; job - as they say - was a good one. They've all buggered off Xmas shopping at the Trafford Centre afterwards, but I avoid that place like the plague at the best of times, let alone late-night shopping when Star Stories is on later.
