GY, any idea how you can install games on the hard drive without access to XBox Live? I've got a Xbox Pro but it's a couple of years old at this stage.

Uh, I doubt you can. You don't need a gold membership or anything, just an internet connection. Do you not have the internet at home?

I do. I just never bothered connecting it up as my old connection was so slow. I'll look into getting it hooked up later.

Just plug an ethernet cable into your router and you should be good to go.
