Film Companies "Aiding and Abetting" Sexual Abuse

This lawsuit against Russell Brand has wide implications regarding how the film industry has worked for decades and I wonder if it might lead to some reforms in the business (if the case goes against Brand, which I'm not pre-judging)?:

The allegation against Brand goes back to a time before Weinstein was finally exposed. I would hope that the wheels have already been set in motion following from that case. There does feel to be a more positive response to women calling out abuse in the industry
