Yes, but it doesn't always know which one you want out of two legitimate choices. Mine always corrects "hell" to "he'll". And, while it's finally accepted that I do swear (so "fuck" does not need to be corrected to "duck"), I discovered it much prefers "grooming" to "grooving". Which was really, really not what I'd wanted to send.
