I'm probably like a few of you and got an iPod Touch for Chrimbo and now I want to find any football related apps to put on it.

I've got the ESPN World Cup one and now I'm looking at the Guardian iphone app.

It cost a few quid so before deciding I have to ask - Is it worth it ?

Yes. Yes it is. Get the lightsaber noise one too. That's free.

So about this Guardian app...

A few things to note. It doesn't include the crossword, the read offline function doesn't include podcasts, and it seems to take forever to download (for offline reading) more than a few sections. Still, it's not bad at all, considering it's the price of three day's worth of Guardian.

Buy it. (Not cos I've used it or owt, just it might put an extra quid or so in my pocket. Then again, it might not)
