I'm more irritated than I should be by the grammatical failings of the thread title (more so than I ever would be if Federer was caught snorting coke off a groupie's arse).

"Who'd HAVE thought", not "who'd OF thought".

Since you've used the conditional 'would', you should have used 'were caught' rather than 'was caught'.
