Ha ha, the resemblance is striking, although Gaddafi might actually look better than Jacko at this point, after all the plastic surgery the latter has put himself through. I wonder what the story is behind that strange photo-badge the colonel is wearing.
(He is still a colonel, right? I'm always surprised when dictators don't promote themselves to a higher rank.) -
