I apparently saw them at the Tibetan Freedom Concert in Washington, DC. But there were a ton of big acts being hustled on and off stages all day, so it's all a blur in my mind. It was also too hot, too crowded, and Kraftwerk (who I'd driven all that way to see) were bumped from the lineup.

I recall that show was a bit of a disaster. I didn’t go because that outcome was entirely foreseeable.
