            I noted in the thread Amor de Cosmos started about choosing some new music for him that the Olivia Rodrigo song he posted didn't really float my boat, but this Vampire track is a banger. I think this came out a while ago but I didn't hear it until this past week. It sounds a little to me like Radiohead backing Lana Del Ray (something about the phrasing of the lyrics that reminds me of Lana and the melody that reminds me of something from Kid A).

                                During my office cleaning yesterday, I cam across an obit for Kim Shattuck that mentioned a Screeching Weasel song I had not heard or maybe heard but not really noticed. It's Ben Weasel's imaginary Kim. So, here's that one and a Muffs cover of Elvis Costello.
