(Yes, I know there's lots of bands giving their music away for free, but this is for a limited time only, so...)
The German band Patenbrigade: Wolff have all of their albums available for free download until Dec. 4th. Now, while they've veered towards industrial/EBM cliche in recent times, their first album '12.1.21.20' (originally released as 'Laut') is really good and well worth getting for free. It pulls off the not-inconsiderable feat of balancing decent instrumental electropop on the one hand with ambient interludes and remaining coherent as a whole. Check it out.

I'm not sure if any artwork is included in the downloads, but I hope so, as it's generally excellent. (It also reflects their status as a proper old-school 'Lefty' electronic act, a la Test Dept. edit: Although they're a whole lot more light-hearted than Test Dept!)
