Suddenly, so many of these players look to have had their day. After 11 seasons at the club, I think Hand will go on the list and, with Abad now too old now to bother with, options in midfield will have reduced, which may not be a bad thing if the younger players jump and can be involved more next season. I may move Abell on, although I gave up on Misund halfway through the season, so that would make us light in defence. Not sure what to do with Zeeberg. No goals in 22 games is obviously not great, but you'd think a 14-skill striker might be useful in Division 1. Anyway, fingers are tightly crossed that the majority of those 15s jump.

Dandy Town:

Very hit and miss, with some key players hampered by injury. Whatever the outcome here will likely be at least one player sold to generate funds for next season, I just need to work out which one will have the least impact in proportion to potential funds generated.

Pulau Pinang:

Better DVs here, but as always with this league at great cost through training, so as with Dandy Town at least one player will have to go to generate funds for next season.

Viking South Utsira’s league title challenge began to wobble in their first meeting this season with Hammer Throwers. It was pretty much over by the time of the return match, leaving revenge as the main thing for The Blood Eagles to play for.
Viking dominated possession in the opening half but did little with it, creating just one chance. However the work put it would have an effect as their visitors tired after the break. Lurdes Quental soon opened the scoring (49 minutes) and thereafter shots rained in on the visiting net. However it would take until the 90th minute until the second arrived, Asta Austrheim, which probably did little for manager Velvet Android’s nerves.
Two-nil was only enough to keep Utsira third in Division 3e however, as play-off holding Lincoln City Ladies went one better. The sides are level on points, with the Imps +2 up on GD. Viking have also scored more, so level on GD cleaves in their favour.

Drakaina had a mid-table encounter to deal with as they travelled to Gazzas Gals, who sat one place and point ahead of The Dragons.
With the drop zone not too far behind both sides, caution might have been expected. It wasn’t what we got, as each manager opted for three up top. It lead to... stalemate as neither midfield could seemingly consistently get the ball into their front lines. The hosts had three chances to Drakaina’s one, but no goals were scored or really seriously threatened.
The draw changed little in the Division 4h table. The Greeks remain fifth, one point out of the drop zone. However manager Etienne and his charges won’t have given up hope of the play-offs quite yet as they are only four points distant. It would probably take three wins from three, but with matches against the bottom two sides left in there this is possible (let’s ignore that the third is against the probable champions shall we?).

Seven points separated LNWR Locomotive from Division 5:17 play-off spot occupiers Michael Michael Micky doo ahead of the teams clashing at Mollington Street.
The more mathematically able will have deduced that The Steamers needed to avoid defeat to retain any hope of promotion, and the realists out there will understand that only a win for Viktor Boskovic’s team was really enough. It seem possible after a chanceless opening half, but M3d came out firing after the break and more than earned their two second-half strikes.
Promotion has gone, but the good news for Locomotive was that the bottom three all lost. They need three more points from the remaining games to practically secure survival, four for a cast iron guarantee.

Having gone back top a week ago, Coxy Ladies Wulpen were looking to retain this against a strong Northern Soul Ladies side.
It would prove a hard fought match. The Waders could argue that they shaded it on territory and possession, but only one statistic actually counts. And that also went in favour of Janik’s side as young debutant Charlotte Beyen scored the game’s only goal after 69 minutes.
Victory kept Wulpen at the summit of Division 5:18, but with two sides, Funky Fartown and The Pink, breathing down their necks. The gap is just two points, though Wulpen do also have a superior goal difference.

Kanjeng Ratu Kidul WFC took on Division 5:21 leaders Girls Aloud knowing that if they were to win it would blow the promotion picture wide open.
Any goal was likely to be crucial in such an encounter, and one came just before the half-hour for The Sea Spirits when Tia Farisy let fly from range, her shot rocketing into the bottom corner. Following that SeanoftheShed’s side went cautious, asking Girls Aloud if they were capable of breaking down the massed rankings in front of them. They weren’t.
Solent Sirens travelled to promotion-seeking Victorious Secret knowing their Division 5 future was hanging by a thread. If Solent didn’t win and Flick of the Wrist did against Aspull Academicals then The Sirens were down.
Andrew7610’s side didn’t show much sign of scoring for the first hour of the match, relying instead on a strong defensive display to keep themselves level. That lasted until three-quarters of the match had elapsed, when the hosts managed to fashion an opening and got themselves ahead. Angela Cruchaga quickly responded with what would prove The Sirens’ only shot of the match. That looked to have been enough to earn a point going into stoppage time, but then, galling, Secret struck. Despite that Solent live to fight another day as Flick of the Wrist were held to a draw.
Would Witches of Chiswick also be able to prolong the pain? In their case the situation was even more stark; 11 points adrift with four games to play meant that only a win over promotion-pushing Spandex FC would do. If gained, it would have been a first of the league campaign for Wiblflibl’s side.
As with Solent, by hook or crook The Bewitched managed to keep the game close for a long while. In fact it was into the last ten minutes all-square, courtesy of referee Ian Hartman chalking one off from Spandex. A draw would have been only symbolic as it would have still meant relegation, but were denied even that when Spandex struck twice in the last five minutes.
So Chiswick are down from 5:21, 12 points adrift of safety with just nine left to play for. Solent are clinging on by their fingers nails, nine points from safety. It’s all rather different for Kanjeng, though. They remain fourth, but have cut the gap between themselves and the sole promotion place to just two points. The Sea Goddesses are also the form side in the promotion race. They have a big one next Tuesday against Spandex, whilst The Bewitched and The Sirens meet each other in a nearly dead rubber.

Matchday 11 brought a big one for Csiki Girls as they hosted a Lady Chatterley F. C. side two points and places above themselves.
The Csiki’s had a fair amount of possession but without tangible reward in both halves of the game. Their opponents, meanwhile, created a chance or two along the way but also without disturbing the A kertem scoreboard operators snooze. Then, on 86 minutes, a seemingly game changing incident happened as Chatterley’s Stina Collander collected her second yellow card of the afternoon. Could ad hoc’s side take advantage? Well, there would be a goal three minutes later, but in the second twist of the afternoon it went to the visitors! It would prove to the be winner.
A painful loss for The Csikis, and one which left them in a poor position in the Division 5:31 table. They are now four points from safety, with three to play. Next week’s game against new fifth-placed side 47 RONIN GIRLS is a must, must win.

A win was a must for Invisible Ladies against managerless, pointless but not actually hopeless Gaz Metan Medias.
The San Seethrough visitors actually have a decent squad, and the ability of their players has kept them from thrashing this term. Despite that it was still 2-0 to Pebblethefish’s girls within 20 minutes after Bea Ackling struck twice. Further See Through’s chances came and went as Invisible failed to put the game to be. Then, on the stroke of half-time, Gaz Metan pulled one back.
It was pretty even after the break as The See Throughs tried to cruise home, an option that was no longer really available to them. They did edge out to 3-1 up just before the hour though, when Ackling completed her hattrick.
The importance of the win can be seen in the Division 6:41 table. It leaves Invisible six points clear of the drop zone, with three to play. Just a handful more points and Pebble can begin to put into practice his plans for next season.

The gathering storm. That is Menywod Maeshafn this season. The Welsh side started slow, but arrived at Frajle on the back of six straight league wins.
The match would prove to be unusually spiky, though little indication of what was to come was offered in a dull first half. Everything changed five minutes after the break when Frajle’s Cristiana Blajinu launched a blood-curdling challange and was right shown a straight red card. Unfortunately this didn’t prove punishment enough for the Welsh, who sought to retribution in kind. And got it when Kinsey Millhone also received her marching orders after 67 minutes, again a straight dismissal.
Now playing 10-a-side, IsThatcherDeadYet’s team finally began to concentrate on making a positive impression. Chances were coming, and with it the goals arrived. Two of them in the last fifteen minutes, both from set-pieces, Elodie van Hijde scoring a direct free-kick on 78 and Ada Westerberg finding the target from a corner after 89.
As if seventh win in a row wasn’t enough for Maeshafn fans to celebrate, their radios also told them that leaders Ricipetti F.C had unexpectedly lost and that their team was therefore going top.

The promotion picture in Division 6:57 is a three-horse race, with matches between the sides involved likely to determine the outcome. Or at least that was the theory ahead of Dublin City Womens FC’s match with Killer Queens.
The key incident in this match happened within 120 seconds of the start when Dublin’s key defender Coral Batty (their strongest and also the only one over 23 baring ‘keeper Ivy Ryder) caught her studs in the turf and had to be carried off. Now burdened with a rather young backline, it was a case of try and hold out and snatch something for Mortal Joe’s side. They kept it scoreless for two-thirds of the match (with some help from the ref), but finally conceded and then shipped a second.
A very unexpected defeat, and one that sees Dublin slip to third in the table, three points and -5 GD behind Slingers City and six behind leaders Black Widow. With the top sides in 6:57 dropping so few points this season, those might be unbridgeable chasms.

The Change Reports will be thick and fast over the next few days. The MLX ones are just in, and Kakanui KuneKune's was solid.

Eight jumps, one DJ and youth product defender Evald Malmström is now 22/11. The only announcing retiree, 35yo Cappi Santoro was expected and the underwhelming Barry Laker (34) didn't drop.

Nevertheless work to do: 22/10 striker Pokere Ngati Te Ara and 23/10 midfielder Hannibal Elderbrink will be sold and two older players signed to fill in the conveyor belt. Hope to have something like the structure I want after that.

I'd thought Zmaj's was underwhelming, with no doubles and a few players failing to jump, but we did get 10 single jumps. I'd half expected both Nordlund and Walmsley to retire but neither did, though they did both drop a skill bar.

Pleased with that given that DVs were not exceptional. Hemon struggled for DV all season so his failure to jump was a disappointment but not a surprise. There's a lot of money in the bank but the squad doesn't look too bad on paper. I might leave it alone and see how we go. Going into Season 14, a member of the starter squad, Oscar Gineste, will still be playing an important part.

Four singles and four doubles for the Crumlin Chasers. For a night out in a pub that would get me hammered, for a Change Report this is quite good.

I expected that little for the defence, which turned out to be correct. Matt Dermott did not get much DV, but David Connoly doubled here and I will add just a youth defender.

I am fine with the midfield progression, did not expect Frank Oxeröd to jump, this was a nice surprise. Constantin Baiao struggled all season even with extra training. Vincent Guacho would have been a candidate to sell or sack but with his DJ he will be a part of the team in the future.

Dáithí Neagh is progressing nicely, he might be our star player of the future. Gicu Tartavulea was a new signing last season and his DJ was quite a bonus.

I am quite happy with the Change Report for Crumlin Chasers, there might be an addition to the midfield and the older striker might be gone at the start of the season, but there are no final decisions.

Not too bad, any player who didn't go up wasn't really expected to having seen their DV hampered by injury, but I would have liked to have seen one or two players double jump, as this would have given me different options with regard to who will have to be sold. I expect to be losing at least one player from each team. Would have liked Marco Roberts to have hung around for more than one season, but it's no surprise for a 35 year old to decide to retire.
First youth player through today as well, PuPi's youth team spitting out a very disappointing flavourless 18/4. I may not even bother to promote him.

It's been a hell of a long time coming but I've won two things this week, the cup in a private league and manager of the month in the Brythonnic run by VA.

In the OTF League I've realised that I was too rash in selling off both my experienced midfielders so I've had to buy a veteran to get my average age up.

In the Heineken I've achieved another promotion and I'm hopeful that we'll end up in a league of 12.

How did anyone else do in the Heineken?
