Nah. Firstly this was today and not yesterday, and secondly I had no suspicion that Szekelyfold would get anything out of Kurdistan.

I knew a couple of foreign players who went their after trials in Turkey didn't work out. Doubt they're still there as this was 15 years ago.

I found a brief article on the Padania match on Aosta Sports, but even that didn't include a squad list.

I have located squad lists, they're a bit basic, but they exist. Click on the "table" tab from here then the team names and then the squad tab

Following through a few names by typing them into google, the Padania one I looked into plays in Serie D and the Szekely player I followed up plays in Division IV in Romania (but Division IV is a really low level of football - there are 6 division IIIs and two division IIs, so it's significantly lower than Serie D)

Edit: Now found a squad list http://www.3szek.ro/load/cikk/91929/vilagbajnoksagon_szekelyfold_labdarugas - the teams that many of them play for are local villages, which will be a level lower than Division IV

I think this is only the second such iteration of the tournament, so it probably won;t be anyone we've ever heard of. Perhaps someone who played for Padania last time out and ended up in Serie C or something

Today's games have kicked off with Padania beating Raetia 6-0. Raetia as far as I can tell is an ancient Roman province which sorts of maps on to bits of modern day Switzerland and Bavaria.

I think hat this version of Raetia essentially maps onto to the Swiss canton of Graubunden, and some close border regions.

Railway enthusiasts may recall the local narrow gauge railway, the Rhaetian Bahn.
