But it's not as good as Marked for Death or Above the Law. But it is better than Hard to Kill, which is saying something, because Hard to Kill is the shit.

It was Die Hard on a boat, but elevated by Tommy Lee Jones's would-make-Pacino-blush hull-chomping performance, Segal's paper-scissors-stone style of aikido and Erika Elenia's busting-out-of-the-cake scene.*

*I'm not being boorish, but I was 15 and this was before the internet, so it was waaaaay more invigorating and enlightening than the Littlewoods catalogue that I had at my disposal at the time.

Tommy Lee Jones and Gary Busey both chew up all available scenery. Their interactions are what makes the film.

Even my Dad liked Under Siege.
