Wasn't a big fan of Belker, thought detective Neal Washington was much cooler in Hill Street Blues.

You're crazy PPV - Belker was great, infact his fashion sense and seemingly (low) levels of personal hygiene have influenced myself greatly over the years. Plus he was a tough Jew from a working class background. Such characters have long since disappeared from TV (along with the shithole neighborhoods Hill Street Blues was based in).
