this is brilliant. I could watch it all day.

I once saw that models that they used for the actual flats and that was exciting enough. Actually, however many times I have watched this, I assumed the 'party flat' was to Jeff's left in the film for some reason.

Very nice, my only quibble is with the choice of soundtrack, something more jazzy (but just as uptempo) would have been a better fit.
