Not sure how I have only just discovered this, but I was delighted to see that they have whatever films they have shown recently on there.
I was browsing it the other night and watched Factotum, the adaptation of the Charles Bukowski novel.
I tried to watch it a year or so ago on dvd with the mrs, but it was Friday night and after a long week at work we couldn't watch it all the way through as it just seemed to depressing
Anyway I watched it alone the other night and I thought it was brilliant, in an understated kind of way. Matt Dillon gives a great performance, , though my only criticism of using him is that despite being playing someone who drank so heavily day in day out, he never looked like shit, as most people would.
