Was last night. Sorry about that, but I didn't know until I stumbled upon it while flicking through channels. Some cracking stuff which space nerds should check out on iPlayer: a history of the shuttle, which I only caught the end of, a look at the Russian space programme through the lens of mysticism, and a great documentary about Cassini (specifically the making of the Huygens probe's surface instrument package). Oh, and a rather silly adaptation of HG Wells's The First Men in the Moon.

I enjoyed the shuttle documentary very much, but got irritated by the Russian space programme documentary and ended up switching it off. A real missed opportunity, that one.Comment

Watched the shuttle one after watching my BRC see off Citeh last night. It was pretty good. Makes you long for the olden days of Horizon, eh?
