Anyone know if this has been or will be published in English? I enjoyed Q, 54, Manituana (less so) and Altai, so am hoping this gets a translation soon.

Verso have been pretty good at getting them into print but there was about 4 years between Altai's Italian publication and the UK one and two years for Manituana.
On a more annoying note, Victor Pelevin has had four novels published which haven't yet been translated to English. -
