There's a late bar near Waterloo called Da Vinci's. It's open all the fucking time. But it's horrible.

There is pub called Victoria, closer to Lancaster Gate than Marble Arch tube station which I enjoyed last time I was in London.

Also Antonio, there is an Italian restaurant not far from where you are, Giusto, which you might want to try.

I've actually had two quite lovely Italian meals while in London already, one on Poland St. in Soho and one just of the Portobello Road in Notting Hill. I'm staggered, frankly.
