    Where's PPV?

    I heart Super Pippo.

Er, it finished 30 minutes ago.

Hughes has played a handful of games for us, but his chances have been limited by:
        1. injury
        2. not being a first-team regular for Pompey
        3. the trauma of making his Scotland debut under the tutelage of Der Tosser

          You've got to love 'em.
Why do football crowds so frequently get this one wrong? Black and red stripes would be a pretty poor "disguise" for Bournemouth given that those are their colours.

I think the AC Milan squad would be one of the last places I'd look for a Bournemouth player.

Missed the game - though sounds like it was fun - but the bemusing pre-match coverage has been sort of enjoyable: the endless riffing on the theme of "refined, cultured Milan" going to "rough as arseholes, breathing-down-yer-necks" Fratton Park. Which somewhat flies in the face of the respective ground refurbishment investment/hooligan arrest statistics of the clubs in, say, the past 10 years.

A medium-sized English team who (gasp!) arenot from a very big city have played a big Italian team who are, in a Vaguely Proper Match. It's not that big a deal.

                Where's PPV?

It wasn't on Italian terrestrial telly.

Only the Milan Channel on Sky Italia and on a pay per view basis on a cable channel that usually shows porn.

And Pippo's goal means that Milan are through.

Don't worry, Spurs will stuff em.

Technique will totally dominate the midfield with his range of passing.
Lennon will continuously leave Zambrotta on his backside.

It will be pipe and slippers at the back for King and Woodgate.

Bentley will show Kaka and Ronaldinho what a true dead ball specialist will be like and it will be roared on by the ferrocious din that WHL is known for.
