        Jeez, Nef, that Perlman clip is unbelievable. As a famous neurologist* once said “the intricacy of a violin concerto and the speed of movement of the hand is…..very close to the limits of understanding….”

          The Largo from the Double violin concerto was my "way in" to Bach, as I suspect it is for many people. The ultimate musical journey in 5 minutes or so.

          The other of course is this, which I love most in its choral arrangement:
