On Mexico's 2nd goal, Andreas Cantor let loose w/ the longest Gooooooooooooooooool that I've ever heard.

It feels like half the food I see these days either has kimchi served with it, or is flavoured with gochujang. Which is a good thing, because they're both delicious.

I think Bourdain included Korean food in one of his LA episodes. A feature is that seafood is very fresh indeed.

Of course, as with several nationalities, you have to use your local knowledge to pick a place that does not dumb down its food for non-Korean customers.

Auckland has a big Korean population, and new restaurants are opened and slowly lose heart (and presumably customers), changing the menu over time until it's bland fried rice.

Full-on Korean works for dinner, but lunch, not so much.

Bibimbap is also fucking fantastic, if done well.
