The Rose Royce version of "Love Don't Live Here Anymore" that I heard first, I think is great, though I'm not sure where it came from. The standard version is hindered by seemingly being played while someone plays a mid 80s computer game in the studio. -

Well, I don't think I'd agree in any case (I think they jar with the lyrical sentiments) but it's always difficult to adjust to a different version of a song you like, and they make it particularly difficult in this case.Comment
