Wasn't Alan Yentob known as "Botney" in his formative years at the Beeb?

(So much so Lord Gnome uses it to this day)

Seeing as we have included some OTFers experience in amongst the media types*, my surname is misspelled. And it's not exactly a common name in it's more standard form either, particularly not in Britain. If you google it, you get asked 'Did you mean xxxx' and if you stick with the original search all the links that come up are direct relations of mine.

So I guess I win this, because if you get it right then you've actually kind of got it wrong.

                * - actually one member of the family does have a very brief entry on IMDb.

And also mispronounced when being introduced to an audience, I'd imagine.
