So if the Euro 2020 normal qualification groups go according to form, and the 20 regular qualification spots are taken up by teams from the 24 in Divisions A and B, it is a bit opaque exactly which teams will take place in the Division A and B playoffs. But the Division C and D playoffs are clear:
Division C: Scotland, Finland, Serbia, and Norway will battle for a single Euro 2020 ticket. Based on performance, I think that the semis will be Scotland-Finland and Serbia-Norway (discarding results against fourth-ranked teams in the groups, Scotland are actually top-ranked among the four).
Division D: Georgia, Belarus, Kosovo, and Macedonia will battle for a single Euro 2020 ticket. Semis: Georgia-Belarus, Kosovo-Macedonia.Comment
