Should've been Peelie - who polled second - but no surprises...

Humphrys must be in there based on his "earlier work".

Peel wasn't the housewife's favourite, all the way through the troubles, without anyone minding that he was Irish at a time where people weren't making a lot of distinctions.

Interesting that Tony Blackburn is the only daytime Radio 1 DJ there. The dinosaurs like DLT really are forgotten ghosts in the culture now.

Regardless of his alleged misdemeanours, DLT was atrocious anyway.

Do you get to call them alleged misdemeanours if you get a suspended sentence?

                Sure, 'demeanours' is fine.

However, I have one or two other stories up my sleeve involving DLT (from very reliable sources) that would make most people's toes curl: these, for the time being, must remain 'alleged'.

I am surprised that Jimmy Young wasn't in there.

No Chris Moyles? What a fucking shame.
