    That should do it.

      Don't ever say that.

        Yeah, that's probably fine now.

Salah finally gets his goal. Just the seven, then.

                Possibly now.

                  Never doubted them.

Four teams went unbeaten - Barcelona, Tottenham, Liverpool, Besiktas.

Bit mad that Liverpool scored seven twice, netting 23 times in six matches, but still PSG scored a couple more.

In fact there are only three possible opponents for Chelsea: PSG, Barcelona or Besiktas.

Judging by the runners-up, not exactly an advantage for any of the English group winners!

Mister Chip says that there is a 44% chance of Chelsea being drawn with Barcelona

why 44%? Given the ball control we recently saw in moscow, surely they can book their flights to istanbul already?

Because of Sevilla and Real Madrid being second placed teams, making it more likely that Barca rather than the other two would be paired with Chelsea, as the other two have more alternative second-placed teams to draw.

It's his calculation of the probability based on the fact that there are only three possible opponents for Chelsea and only five for Barcelona

                                      Are Besiktas any good?

They're obviously targeting the CL this season and they have by far the best manager in Turkish football, Şenol Güneş. But it would be a miracle if they went much further

They've also got the stadium effect, the noise the fans can potentially make is something that many players will have never experienced before. It was enough to cause an RB player to go off injured.

Some stats off the back of Liverpool-Spartak:
                                            1. The heaviest defeat in Spartak's history
                                            2. The heaviest defeat by a Russian club in Europe (and no Soviet club lost by this much pre-1991).
                                            3. Liverpool's 10th CL campaign. Every time they had to go through qualifying (7) they got out of the group. Every time they went straight into the group (3), they ended up in the Europa League.

On the team info at the bottom of this page, UEFA appear to be referring to this competition repeatedly as the 'European Cup'.

The group runners up have to play their first legs at home, but in recent years that has not been a big disadvantage.

Beşiktaş in Germany, that's going to be some atmosphere.
