Good luck to all who sail in Pennant, including Bury, if he can be afforded. But fuck the lion bar wallpaper eejits.

It is kind of sad though that he spent the month of June as a triallist at Hibs. Suppose it is ten years ago when he was infuriating me at Liverpool but.

Do I deduce from this tweet that Billericay won a game last night?

Tamplin tells a fan to go and commit suicide.

Very interesting article on 200% over Glem Tamplin and his involvement in the club. Serious questions raised about where the money is coming from as his business don't seem to stack up.

                http://twohundredpercent.net/billericay-town-essex/

Just to quote one short but from that article:

Tamplin told the Sun’s Paul Jiggins in July that he built up his businesses by spending “17 to 18 hours a day, seven days a week working at an unbelievable level with hardly any sleep.” He did this “for ten years” – 1997-2007 if his chronology was correct. However, that doesn’t buy his current lifestyle in itself. Something, , seems to be missing, and hopefully his comment that, “I have never sold a gram of gear in my life. Nor have I done anything illegal intentionally,” wasn’t an unsolicited revelation of some sort or other.

Good article but the “serious questions raised” seem to have been ignored as it’s four months old.

I'm on a mobile at the moment so can't post links, but try Googling Glenn Tamplin and see what comes up. It's interesting.

He’s quit as manager, to become assistant manager to the previous head coach. Story here.

Stolen off of that there twitter.

Sat: Billericay Town owner/manager Glenn Tamplin sacks himself

Sun: Billericay appoint Glenn Tamplin as caretaker manager while the club’s owner Glenn Tamplin searches for Glenn Tamplin’s replacement

Tue: Glenn Tamplin announces Glenn Tamplin's return as manager

He truly is the most attention-seeking little child in football.

Funnily enough, the phrase "he returned the following Tuesday" has already been left, deadpan-fashion, on his Wikipedia page in reference to one of his previous tantrums.

Billericay have now lost six of their last seven league games after losing 4-1 at Hendon yesterday , with Tamplin storming off with 20 minutes to go at 3-0 down.

As well as his walk out there are rumours some Billericay players left the ground before kick off and there are claims they and Tamplin’s faces bore marks of a punch-up.

Billericay’s unraveling is really one of the most heartwarming stories in football right now, let’s just hope it continues until the end of the season.

As heartwarming as it is 100% predictable. I mean who thought this wouldn't happen?

I have to admit I’m surprised at how soon it has started to fall apart. The Tamplin nonsense must have begun less than a year ago (I saw them, coincidentally, lose at Hendon around then -just after the berk made himself manager) so it’s gratifying that they may even manage to blow promotion in his first full season.

Shout out to Leatherhead for knocking them out of the fa cup at the fourth qualifying round stage and denying this twerp the sycophantic tv coverage a furst riund appearance would surely have generated. It was before it all started falling apart, too.

Beat Harrow Borough 2-0 tonight in another "home" game played on the 3G pitch at Aveley. It is not known whether Tamplin landed back in time to see the game.

You have to presume he’s never seen (or maybe never understood) Alan Partridge, especially with that jacket.

I enjoyed the constant reassurance that the club would be “substainable” though.
