Possibly, but the explosion was apparently in the foyer outside the main hall. Most people would have just been heading for the exit and their chosen mode of transport rather than taking pictures, I'd have thought. More grimly, anyone who was filming is possibly among the casualties.

There's a dash cam video from a car park a few hundred yards away which seems to show a flash of light followed by a loud bang.
