    Mosfilm Archive on YouTube

The Mosfilm youtube channel is amazing. Stalker, Andrei Rublev, Solaris and Alexander Nevsky amongst a lot else.

Not just classic stuff either, White Tiger is on there and that's only from 2012. For those, including me, who don't speak Russian the ones that say subtitles have hard coded ones while the youtube subs work on all the other films I've checked.

Edit: Ah, subs are a bit hit and miss.

oh wow, thanks for posting about this, Levin, what a treasure trove!

There's also (sadly without subtitles) the Eldar Ryazanov romantic drama (with occasional bits of comedy) Station for Two (1982), link below, one of my all-time favourite films, possibly partly due to the emotional pull of my own memory of watching it when staying in Russia back in 1983. My Russian isn't quite good enough to watch films in Russian without subtitles so I bought it on DVD a while ago.

I'm going to use this thread as a place to put links to films with english subs (mostly for me).
