I was busy writing another post on here when, halfway though - and thanks to the immediacy of social media - I was alerted to the death of one of my recent musical favourites: Rhys Celeste, aka Microlith, who some of you may remember me posting about, on here, a few weeks ago.

Frankly, I'm gutted! Although his music may never have topped my 'personal charts', he was still obviously massively talented and was carrying on the legacy of the whole 'Braindance' scene originally led by the likes of Aphex Twin, Bochum Welt and Cylob.
Now, it's one thing when your musical heroes die in their 50s, 60s or 70s - and I was more blown away by Donna Summer's death than either Bowie's or Prince's, to be honest - but Microlith was only in his late 20s or early 30s. That is no age to go! And he only updated his photos on Facebook yesterday, FFS! What the fuck happened?!
Gutted! Truly gutted! :-(
