Very nice offload for the latest Saracens try. It looks like Ospreys need to score next, but they have barely been over halfway in the 20 minutes I've been watching.

Two players suspended by their clubs for internal disciplinary reasons, Marlon Yarde at Harlequins and Jon Hardie at Edinburgh.
Wasps against Harlequins is going to kick off on BT Sport soon, with La Rochelle hammering Ulster this is a must win game for both sides.

Nathan Hughes swings a straight arm in to the head of Marcus Smith (who is a third of his size) and it’s missed by the officials because it’s in the aftermath of a borderline tipping of a Franchise player at a ruck. Should have been a red card and will hopefully be a citing.
From the subsequent penalty and break upfield, Harlequins have penalty magnet Mike Brown harshly yellow carded for a supposed deliberate knock on and concede a third try to make it 21-3 which is ridiculously flattering to Franchise. Looks like game over (and tournament over for Quins). All in front of what looks like the least full stadium of the weekend’s games.

Joe Marler is a very lucky boy after that forearm smash. That's as much of a red as the Nathan Hughes straight arm. Both should get lengthy bans keeping them out of the autumn internationals.
And Dylan Hartley is likely to get another ban. He's not the England captain he's a very silly boy.

Both of them are thoroughly unlikable whereas Haskell is more of a pantomime villain.
Hughes reminds me of Nick Williams, now of the Blues, a good player who tries to intimate his opponents into believing he's a great player. Marler is becoming a really dirty player with a racist mouth. Both are scum and should be treated as such.

Was that a trip by Marler? On the Wasps tighthead coming around the ruck.Last edited by Antepli Ejderha; 22-10-2017, 18:12.

Welsh rugby chiefs hit back at English poaching claims
http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/r...wsApp_AppShare
Not the greatest of articles but the issues raised by it are important. It again goes back to the qualification based on residency argument with players being poached at 16 then switching by the time they are ready to play international rugby.
Arguing that Ross Moriarty should be included in this shows the ridiculous situation we are in, he may have played U20 rugby for England but any thought that he'd really play internationally for them is mad. Others though will be tempted.
This needs sorting out quickly and sensibly.

Yarde is on the bench for the next match and was dropped for poor timekeeping.Last edited by Antepli Ejderha; 23-10-2017, 20:52.

Dave Ward has also been cited for striking Thomas Young, I don't remember that at all.Last edited by Antepli Ejderha; 23-10-2017, 20:51.

Joe Marler: England prop banned for three weeks and will miss two autumn Tests - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/41751064
Hughes gets a two week ban but can play in the autumn internationals which is a joke.
Hartley is cleared.
