I'm not sure how many, if anyone, here know of a rather lovely English indie group called Delays. They wrote one of my favourite albums of the last decade, a wonderful example of harmonic, Hollies pop called Faded Seaside Glamour which spawned two beautiful singles in "Long Time Coming" and "Nearer Than Heaven". To get to the point, their lead singer is not well. He's been diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer and the drugs he needs are not available on the NHS. His family have set up a GoFundMe appeal to raise the costs needed to treat him. It's quite steep, sadly. I've chipped in myself and thought I'd let people here know about it. Hopefully the admins don't consider this spam or out of line.
