Justification for trophy-
They are shit and northern.
Reform of domestic leagues:
All teams north of Birmingham can go play in their own league. Format to be decided, it doesn't really matter, no one watches these teams.
The remaining clubs are reformed into two divisions of 20, playing each other home and away. The team with the highest points total are declared champions, whilst relegation is decided by being the team who is most northern. Each year the most northern team in the bottom tier is evicted from the league to safeguard the purity of the product. Arsenal are exempt from this rule.
