    Punting is like kicking-for-touch, isn't it? A team can punt whenever it wants to - aka the "Pooch Punt" on fourth and long and not just when it makes it obvious that it's planning to punt.

    And Canadian football has a lot more kicking from the run of play.

      He did it for an extra point as a kind of novelty act. Before that, the last successful drop kick was in 1941.
