The "non" panel is a reference to a previous strip when security had to deal with Croatian fans throwing fireworks on the pitch.

Brilliant.
BBC NI managed to squeeze out a 30 minute smugfest about how AMAZING both sets of Irish fans were in France. You'd almost swear they hadn't seen the Waterfordwhisperer News article.
That was the first time I'd seen the pissed-up guys with beer bottles in their hands singing a lullaby at the child.
Not sure I like it, not sure I'd have appreciated the attention of a load of pissheads towards my child.
