It's unlikely he sees the inside of jail, although I don't know America's laws regarding importing pelts and stuff. Certainly possible he could be committing a crime there.
I DO wonder what the Minnesota Board of Dentistry thinks of all this. If he could lose his license that would be a pretty nice consolation prize.

Why would he lose his licence to [strike]commit[/strike] practise dentistry?
