When Sci-Fi & Ambient nerdisms meet...

    ...you get this.

That is magnificent in its quest to explore beyond the known limits of usefulness.

My only criticism is that Jabba The Hutt Laughs For 12 Hours is rather commercial, although it picks up around 09:27:53.

I have a Chromecast in my living room TV and there's some good, long ambient HD videos on YouTube.

      * Three hours of a burning log fire
      * Eighty minutes of tropical fish

Does the log fire video feature any scenes of poking, replenishing or toasting? (All gimmicks that the purist would shun.)

There's certainly some replenishing. Poking not sure, toasting definitely not.

But I haven't checked out the competition.

By the way, here's sixty minutes of relaxing waves.

I'm not sure if these have too much happening but NRK put on Bergensbanen which is the train journey from Bergen to Oslo and then also Hurtigruten which follows the coastal express from Bergen to Kirkenes.

Both are on the internet. Hurtigruten is quite long though,

              I've watched them, they're brilliant.

Hopefully evilC will add 'Spoiler Alert' to the title next time he's around.

                  Sorry!

Perhaps the next film will be 'Star Trek: The Voyage Home (From Trondheim To Gavle)'?
