It's South Africa, they're cops, chasing a murderer. Simple stuff but the premise makes it very special to other of its kind.

The premise looks promising, with the flashbacks to the apartheid era.

But I do hope that there is a good explanation for naming a film set in Cape Town "Zulu". About the only reasonable one would be if Whitakers's character is of that ethnic group?
