    Roosters around the world

    Kukeri-ku in Sweden
    Kuku-Riku in Croatia

When a rooster does that, what does he want?
A shag with one of the hen, annoy people who haven't woken, wake people, or simply a pint?

What do roosters in Germany and Holland shout?

I believe German roosters go Kikeriki. The Dutch ones are probably similar but with stranger spelling.

My kids say "roosters", the little bleeders. My daughter said "math" the other day.

I hope OTF's Americans understand why this is annoying, and don't think it stems from hostility to the American people.

Not hostility; gratitude mingled with resentment.
